摘要
本文从学校组织变革启动、策略与变革领导三个方面对国外学校组织变革理论进行梳理,在此基础上提出我国学校组织变革实践的启示:营造自主、开放的学校组织生态;指向有效学习的系统方法;侧重学习领导与文化领导。
This very paper first makes a though description on the launch, strategies and orientation of organizational change in the west schools. Then an comparison with that of domestic schools is conducted and then some enlightenments are drawn with care: such as creation of an open and autonomous environment, methods of efficient system for study and contingency and inclination to the orientation of compatible leadership of acquisition and culture.
