This article starting with the analysis of the questions of professor Cheng Huanwen, lists the specific performances of hegemonic behaviors of database vendors and explains the reasons why database vendors own the hegemonic position, on this basis, some strategies which libraries resist hegemonic behavior of database vendors are given out and answer the questions of professor Cheng Huanwen as well.
