道义论视域下的图书馆员职业伦理研究

Study on Librarians' Professional Ethics Under the Perspective of Theory of Duty

图书馆是人类社会发展的产物,在剧烈的社会变革中,图书馆员不得不面临多元的价值选择和形态各异的伦理困境。从形成机制看,馆员职业伦理是图书馆员在漫长历史进程和复杂文化环境下自发形成的非构建性的职业秩序,是对社会伦理生态发展、变迁的适应性选择,是符合正当性的价值表述和基于权利保障的责任担当,其本质属性具有鲜明的道义论内在逻辑。

Library is the product of social development. In the fierce social changes, librarians have to face ethical dilemma of value choice and different forms of multivariate. From the formation mechanism, the librarian professional ethics is a non-constructed professional order spontaneously formed in the long history development and complicated cultural environment of libraries, which is the choice of adaptability to the social ethics, ecological development and changes. It is consistent with the value expression of the legitimacy and the responsibility based on the protection of the rights. Its essential attribute has a distinctive inherent logic of theory of duty.
