摘要市场竞争制度是公共部门信息增值利用制度的重要组成部分。文章总结公共部门信息增值利用中市场竞争的原因及模式,阐述制度演进,为我国公共部门信息增值利用的市场竞争制度构建提出建议。 Market competition system is an important part of the public sector information value-added exploitation. It plays a key role for the maintenance of healthy development of the information market. This paper firstly summarizes the reasons and the mode of using market competition in public sector information value-added system, and expounds its system evolution. And finally, it provides suggestions for constructing the market competition mechanism in public sector information value-added exploitation.
