脊髓损伤后脑功能重塑监测的研究进展

摘要 脊髓损伤是临床上较常见的高致残性疾病。脊髓受损节段及其远端神经修复后的功能恢复不甚理想,特定的脊髓损伤与其在脑功能区投射关系的研究可为解决这一难题带来突破。这些脑功能区在创伤之后会发生重塑,而其对侧功能区也会发生相应的改变。
