±1100kV特高压干式平波电抗器绝缘设计与试验分析 被引量:20

摘要 ±1 100 kV干式平波电抗器作为±1 100 kV特高压直流输电工程关键主设备之一,肩负着抑制谐波、限制故障电流等作用。在±800 kV干式平波电抗器研制的基础上,根据±1 100 kV干式平波电抗器相关技术规范要求,对±1 100 kV干式平波电抗器的绝缘试验水平选取、绝缘设计、绝缘试验设置、试验方法、判断准则以及试验结果分析等方面进行研究。为验证平波电抗器的绝缘设计,对±1 100 kV干式平波电抗器进行了多次负极性全电压及截波雷电冲击绝缘试验和多次全电压中频振荡试验,±1 100kV干式平波电抗器在1 360 kV雷电冲击电压和1 050 kV中频振荡试验过程中,试品内部无烟雾、无异常声响,匝间无放电,试品表面无沿面闪络现象,未出现畸变现象,试验波形稳定,满足绝缘设计和技术规范的要求。试验结果表明:±1 100 kV特高压干式平波电抗器雷电冲击水平(1 360 kV)和中频振荡水平(1 050 kV)电压取值合理,绝缘设计可靠,满足雷电冲击和中频振荡设计要求,可为特高压干式平波电抗器的研发及设计提供参考依据。 ±1100 kV dry-type smoothing reactor is one of the main devices of±1 100 kV UHVDC transmission projects, which shoulders an inhibition effect of harmonics current and limits the fault current. Based on the development of±800 kV dry-type smoothing reactor, according to the technical specification requirements of ±1 100 kV dry-type smoothing reactors, the selections of insulation test level, insulation design, insulation test set, test method, the judgment criterion and analysis of test results of ±1 100 kV dry-type smoothing reactors were studied. For verifying the insulation design of smoothing reactors, the ±1 100 kV dry-type smoothing reactors were repeatedly tested with negative full voltage, chopped wave lightning impulse insulation test, and full voltage the middle-frequency oscillation test. In the process of the tests to ±1 100 kV dry-type smoothing reactors about lightning impulse voltage test voltage at 1 360 kV and the middle-frequency oscillation test voltage at 1 050 kV, there is no smoke and fog, no abnormal sound, no turn-to-tum discharge, no sur- face flashover phenomena, no waveform distortion phenomenon, and the test waveform is stable, the reactor meets the requirements of the insulation design and technical specifications. The test results show that the lightning impulse level (1 360 kV) and the middle-frequency oscillation level (1 050 kV) of±1 100 kV dry-type smoothing reactors are reasona- ble, and the insulation design are reliable. They meet the design requirements of lightning impulse and the middle-frequency oscillation, which can provide a reference for UHV dry-type smoothing reactor research and design.
