The application of similar amplification theory in the structure design of 100m^3 flotation machine

摘要 依据SKCF型10 m3、20 m3、40 m3、50 m3浮选机的重要参数,设计了100 m3机械搅拌式浮选机。阐述了100 m3浮选机的几何结构和工作原理,依据相似放大理论重点分析设计槽体、定子、转子等核心零部件,确定了其几何尺寸和重要参数。其中槽体的放大准则为槽截面积与叶轮直径的比,即S/D=a1Vb1;叶轮的放大准则为叶轮直径,即D=a2Vb2。 According to the important parameters of 10 m3, 20 m3, 40 m3, 50 m3 SKCF flotation machine, 100m3 mechanical agitation flotation machine is designed. It describes the geometric structure and working principle of 100m3 flotation machine. According to the similar amplification theory, it analyses the slot, stator, rotor and other core components and determines the geometry size and important parameters. The scale up criteria of the slot is the slot sectional area and impeller diameter ratio, i.e., S/D=a1Vb1. The scale up criteria of impeller is the impeller diameter, i.e., D=a2Vb2.
