摘要
针对某型UUV可靠性评估时样本量少、评估可信度低的问题,应用L-M法对UUV研制阶段的系统级和组部件级收集的试验数据进行分析和利用,提出了基于L-M法的某型UUV系统可靠性综合评估方法,并给出了应用实例。从计算结果可看出,该UUV的可靠度下限为0.8237,满足可靠性指标要求。
By the end of a certain UUV development period, due to the small sample size, assess credibility is low in reliability assessment. The Lindstrom-Madden(L-M) method is used for system reliability comprehensive evaluation. Through analysis and utilize the test data of UUV system and components in the product development period. We proposed a comprehensive evaluation of system reliability based on L-M in this paper, and a application example is given. From the results we can see, the UUV lower confidence limit of reliability is 0.8237, meet the requirements of reliability index.
