摘要
车门的下垂刚度是车门刚度设计中重要指标之一,也是汽车重要力学性能之一。针对某型乘用车车门的下沉刚度问题,以线性有限元理论为基础,运用ANSA建立车门的有限元模型并划分网格,利用MSC.Nastran对该乘用车车门进行下垂刚度分析,计算出该车门的刚度值,并根据该刚度值得到该车门的位移云图和应力云图。通过对其弯曲、扭转刚度的分析,验证车门不同位置的受力情况,获得该车门最薄弱的位置,验证该车门是否合理、可靠,有利于进一步提高车门的装配质量。
The door of the sinking stiffness is one of the important index in the design of the door stiffness. Body stiffness is one of the important mechanical properties of the car. The FE model of one kind of car door is set up in order to solve the problem of its sag, which is on the basis of the linear finite element theory. To establish finite element model of the car door and mesh with ANSA. And using MSC. Nastran to get the sagging stiffness analysis of the car door, and calculating the stiffness of the car door. By analysis to the door’s bending and torsional stiffness, the stress characteristics of the different parts of the car structure are researched, the reasonability and reliability of theoretical modeling analysis are verified. According to the results of the stiffness, which can get the displacement nephogram and the stress nephogram and then getting the car door’s weakest position.
