摘要
介绍了MPV车型顶棚与前风挡、侧窗的配合。前风挡与顶棚配合方式与轿车相似,设计顶棚翻边与玻璃间隙配合。侧窗与顶棚采用传统的胶条配合和间隙配合两种形式,传统的胶条配合是利用胶条与玻璃干涉保证密封性、胶条包覆内饰保证内饰的外观性;而取消胶条后的间隙配合设计参考前风挡处进行结构优化,通过增加顶棚翻边、顶棚固定点取消胶条,可有效地降低整车成本、提高装配效率。
This article introduced the coordination between headlining and the front windshield, side windows. the coordination between headlining and the front windshield was similar with cars, to design headlining flange for clearance fit with the glass. There were two style for the coordination between headlining and side windows, Including traditional strip and clearance, the traditional type is using the strip to ensure sealing with the inference between strip and glass and that the appearance of the interior look nice through strip covered interior, inference between glass and strip to ensure sealing and referring to the coordination between headlining and the front windshield, clearance fit could be improved without strip, the strip of could be canceled by increasing the ceiling flange, ceiling fixed point, which can effectively reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of assembly.
