摘要
脊矩过渡波导是某雷达产品中将矩形波转换为脊形波的零件,其腔体结构复杂,腔体四壁及腔内凸台在不同方向形成了不同的斜度,通过分析脊矩过渡波导腔体结构特征,引入慢走丝线切割锥度加工技术对零件加工工艺进行改进,从而提高零件的加工精度,缩短加工周期,节约生产成本。同时,脊矩过渡波导改进后的加工工艺方案为类似零件的加工提供参考。
Ridge rectangular waveguide, which is used to convert rectangular wave into ridge wave, is an important part of the radar product. Its cavity structure is complex. The walls and bosses in the cavity form different slopes in various directions. Thus the ridge rectangular waveguide is difficult to be processed. By analyzing the cavity structure of the ridge rectangular waveguide, this paper introduces low-speed wire electrical discharge machining taper technology to improve the machining process of waveguide. This technology improves machining accuracy, reduces production lead times and lower operating expenses. Meanwhile, the improved machining process of the ridge rectangular waveguide provides a reference for similar parts.
