针对过去12个月内有过旅行经历的被访者进行面对面问卷调查,按照顾客在整个旅行过程中的各种行为收集相关信息,通过利用配对样本t检验、归纳等方法,分析总结顾客因不同原因而进行机票、酒店预订的习惯、关心的要素以及相关旅游信息搜集等方面的特点和偏好,通过与现今市场主流相关产品和服务进行比较,得出对未来旅行预订服务市场发展方向的预测分析和建议,对相关行业或企业提供有价值的参考意见。
By issuing questionnaires to respondents who have travel experience in the past 12 months, collecting relevant information of different behaviors in the process of travel, and using the methods of paired t- test and induction, the author summarizes the features and preferences of air ticket and hotel. After comparing the features with the in - market mainstream products and services, the author puts forward some forecasts and suggestions on the development of the booking service market, which might be valuable to the relevant enterprises in the industry.
