中国花卉苗木出口国际竞争力研究

花卉苗木是中国具有比较优势的出口农产品,对于调整中国农业结构,提高农业效益,增加农民收入具有十分重要的意义。本文对花卉苗木出口相关文献做了评述,借助"国家钻石"模型分析了中国花卉苗木生产、出口现状,对中国花卉苗木生产的生产资源与技术条件、国内外需求、产业组织和产业链条4个方面影响因素进行了剖析,并针对提升中国花卉苗木出口竞争力等问题提出了具体建议。

Flowers and seedlings are among the most competitive Chinese export products, and plays an important role in restructuring China＇ s agriculture, improving agricultural output, and increasing farmers＇ income. This article introduces the ＂National Diamond Model＂, reviews related documentations about flower and seedling export, and then analyzes the current situation of the production and export of China＇ s flowers and seedlings. Based on the diamond model, it analyzes four influencing factors on the production of China＇ s flowers and seedlings, namely, production resources and technical conditions, demands at home and abroad, industrial organization and industrial chain, and at last, it points our the existing problems and proposes some suggestions for improving the competitiveness of China＇ s flower and seedling export.
