摘要
相对于传统舞台灯具,LED舞台灯具内部温度不高,在湿度较大的环境中,易造成镜头表面凝结成雾,严重影响照明效率和光斑清晰度。为此,设计小巧方便的镜头除雾系统,在舞台灯镜头内安装轻巧的铝基板电阻器,由单片机控制加热模块,实现均匀加热,达到消除水雾的目的。实验表明:该除雾系统在温度25℃、湿度90%模拟环境下,8 min内可消除水雾。
This paper presents a new compact structure of lens demisting control system used in LED stage illuminations, which has lower internal temperature than the tradition ones, to prevent or eliminate the condensation buildup in lens, which seriously affects the light efficiency and spot definition of illumination devices when there is high humidity. The new structure arranges in the lens evenly heating the lens according to temperature and humidity with lightweight aluminum substrate resistance heaters inside, and controlled by microcomputer. The experimental results show that system can eliminate water mist within 8 minutes when humidity of the environment is 90% and temperature is 25℃.
