顾及松散特性的露天金属矿采剥工程量计算方法 被引量:1

摘要 针对露天金属矿山采剥工程量验收效率不高的问题,文章分析了当前主要计算方法的不足,提出了一种顾及爆破松散特性和空间台阶结构的计算方法。算法以具有空间台阶结构的生产现状图为数据基础,并从数据结构上划分出了不同松散系数的区域,通过三维多边形布尔计算和拓扑关系判别自动计算采剥区域的体积,提升了采剥区域空间几何形态的计算效率和精度;通过块体储量模型来确定各个采剥区域的矿石属性信息,进而可以统计得到特定时间段、区域或者台阶的综合采掘量,满足了生产报表的多种需要。通过与手工计算和DTM方法的对比实验得出:所提算法可以减少人工计算所产生的错误,相比DTM方法具有更高的精度。 In order to solve the problem in surface mine excavation engineering calculation, this paper proposed a method with loose coefficient and bench spatial structure after the review of related algo- rithm. Based on the map of production status, the different coefficient zones were defined according to the data structure, and the independent space was automatically divided with three-dimensional polygon Bool- ean calculation and topology relation recognition algorithm, which improved the efficiency and geometric accuracy of the independent zone volume. Moreover, the production was calculated based on the ore block modeling and the zone volume stored in the mine spatial database, then the statistical production data of special time interval, spatial bench and zones were obtained from the database, to satisfy the need of pro- duction reports. Experimental result showed that the method could be more efficient than manual computa- tion and DTM methods.
