钢板折弯型对接扣件的设计与优化

摘要 市售的对接扣件大都是由两个半圆的环扣铰接,采用螺栓、螺母将扣件和钢管固定的形式,缺陷较多,威胁到施工的安全。依据EN-74标准,提出一种用楔形装置实现快速锁紧的钢板折弯型对接扣件,建立该扣件的实体模型、有限元模型,依照EN-74标准的相关技术要求,对扣件的抗弯强度进行有限元数值模拟。探明了扣件抗弯强度与楔形块位移之间的关系;指出提高扣件技术等级的优化方向。结果表明:设计的对接扣件的抗弯强度符合技术要求,当对接扣件预紧,楔形块位移为4 mm时,同时在钢管两端施加4 650 N的压力,扣件变形量为2.872 mm,远远小于5 mm,可以满足EN-74标准要求。 This paper is specifically devoted to a novel study motivated by the need to seek an alter- native to currently available sleeve couplers consisting typically of two semi-circular buckles hinged by bolts, namely using bolts and nuts to fix couplers and steel pipes, accompanied by a greater number of defects posing threats to the safe production. This study is best performed by designing a device by which to produce fast locking wedge plate bending coupler as specified by EN-74 standard; developing a solid model and finite element model for sleeve coupler; and performing numerical simulation of coupler ben- ding strength applying relevant EN-74 standards-related technical requirements and using finite element method; and gaining a better insight into the relationship between the coupler' s bending strength and wedge's displacement and thereby providing the optimization direction for improving coupler perform- ance. The results demonstrate that this sleeve plate bending type coupler boasts bending strength up to the technical requirements and EN-74 standard, as when sleeve couplers are pre-tightened, with resultant wedge block displacement of 4 mm and simultaneously they experience deformation of 2. 872 mm, signifi- cantly less than 5 mm due to the application of pressure of 4 650 N at both ends of steel pipes.
