木薯细菌性枯萎病病原菌的RAPD分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究木薯细菌性枯萎病病原菌种群间遗传、变异分化,选取来自各个地区的黄单胞病菌代表菌株45个,利用多态性较好的8条引物对其基因组DNA进行PCR扩增,并构建指纹图谱。利用统计分析软件NTSYS对样品的PCR结果进行了UPGMA聚类分析,结果表明,供试菌株间遗传变异较大,菌株间存在丰富的遗传多态性。经综合聚类分析,在75%的相似水平上,可将供试菌株划分为7个类群。 In order to study the genetic,variance and differentiation of Xanthomonas axonopodis pv.manihotis,45 strains from different areas and 8 primers with preferable polymorphism were selected,PCR amplification and fingerprints construction were finished. The cluster analysis of UPGMA was obtained based on the PCR outcomes,the big differentiation and abundant polymorphism existed among these tested strains. The integrated cluster analysis results showed that all the strains could be divided into 7 groups at the level of 75% similarity.
