浅析民国文献分级保护体系的构建——基于复旦大学图书馆民国文献管理的思考

The Construction of Grading Protection System for Literature of Republic of China——Based on the Experience of Fudan University Library

分级保护是民国文献保护应当采取的路径。分级保护不仅有利于有限的保护资源实现最优化配置,而且有助于甄选出珍本、善本和孤本文献,优先予以抢救性保护。民国文献分级保护体系的构建包括馆藏民国文献摸底调查、民国文献等级划分标准、民国文献保护级别、民国文献保护措施等四个模块。构建分级保护体系的出发点在于区分民国文献等级,按照不同等级采取相应的保护措施,实现文献的有效保护和管理。

Grading protection approach should be used to protect the Literature of Republic of China. It is not only a necessary method to realize the most optimum distribution of limited resources, but also con- tributes to the selection of rare copies and giving them proper protection. This paper constructs the grad- ing--protection system for Literature of Republic of China, which is composed of the survey process, the grading standard, the grading protection and the methods to protect, providing a useful insight for the pro- tection and utility of the republic period literatures.
