The development of higher education teaching team is one of the key measures in strengthening the connotation construction,improving the quality of talents training and understanding correctly and adapting actively to the new normal in higher education. As for our nursing teaching team of the local newly-established university,the fundamental procedure is to establish the constructional orientation and the feasible targets according to the central value of the teaching team and the orientation of school running of the local newly established university.
