Reform and Practice of Talents Training Mode of “One Student with One Specialty” in Preschool Education Major in Higher Vocational Education

"高职学前教育专业‘一生一特长’人才培养模式改革与实践"是山东省教育厅教学改革立项项目。在研究与实践过程中,依据培养目标,搭建能力培养的"立交桥";构建培养模式,实现能力培养的"直通车";改善实践条件,强化能力培养的"训练场";展示专业特长,获取能力培养的"合格证",创新了学前教育专业"绝活教育"培养模式。

The Reform and Practice of Talents Training Mode of “One Student with One Specialty”in Preschool Education Major in Higher Vocational Education is a teaching reform project approved by Shandong Provincial Department of Education. During the process of research and practice,an “overpass” of capability cultivation will be built according to the cultivation target; the cultivation mode will be constructed to offer a “direct train” for capability cultivation;the practice conditions will be improved to strengthen the “training ground” of capability cultivation. Through this project,the professional specialty will be demonstrated so as to obtain the “certificate” of capability cultivation and to innovate the cultivation mode of “Unique Skills Education” in Preschool Education Major.
