摘要
目的探讨每日紧张感对心率和体质量指数(BMI)的影响。方法用普查法对某热电厂498名在职工人进行横断面调查,有效样本446例;用问卷法测评人口统计学特征、每日紧张感、个性特征、紧张缓解因素和紧张结局等;常规法测定心率和BMI;并对人口统计学、每日紧张感及其紧张相关因素与心率、BMI的关系进行t检验、方差分析、Pearson相关分析和多因素非条件logistic回归分析。结果工作满意感低评分组的BMI高于高评分组(P<0.05);每日紧张感、A型行为和心率呈正相关(P<0.05),工作满意感与BMI呈负相关(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,>40岁年龄段分别进入心率和BMI为应变量的回归方程(OR=0.575、0.613,P均<0.05),为其保护因素。结论尚未发现每日紧张感对心率和BMI有影响。
Objective To explore the effect of daily hassle on heart rate and body mass index (BMI). Methods A cross-sectional epidemiological study was conducted on 498 workers from a thermal power plant, among them 446 workers returned qualified questionnaires. The demographic characters, daily hassle, personalities, relieving factors and the outcomes of stress were measured by questionnaires. Heart rate and BMI were detected by conventional methods. The relationship of demographic characters, daily hassle and heart rate, BMI, correlated factors was analyzed by t tests, ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficients and multivariate non-conditional logistic regression. Results The BMI of low job satisfaction group was higher than that in the high group(P〈0. 05). Daily hassle and type A behavior was positively correlated to heart rate (P〈0.05), Job satisfaction was negatively correlated to BMI(P 〈0.05). The age group (〉 40 years old) which entered the regression equation of HR and BMI as dependent variable was a protective factor(OR = 0. 575,0. 613;P〈0. 05). Conclusions Daily hassle has no effect on heart rate and BMI.
