工程设计阶段是控制工程投资的关键阶段,如何在各个设计阶段有效地控制工程投资,此文在分析控制工程投资原则的基础上,对影响工程投资的主要因素进行分析,并对各个设计阶段的工作重点及要达到的目标进行阐述,为达到各阶段的设计目标,针对投资控制提出相关建议。
The engineering design phase is the key stage to control engineering investment. How to effectively con-trol engineering cost in each design phase is important. In this article, based on the analysis on the prin- ciple of control engineering investment, the main factors influencing the engineering investment is ana- lyzed, and the focus in all design stages and the goal of the stages are expounded. To achieve the design goals, Some proposals for investment control are put forward.
