摘要
对BIM建筑信息模型进行了阐述,从设计、施工、运维、文档管理方面探讨了BIM技术在工程中的应用优势,并阐述了BIM发展的方向,就BIM现阶段存在的问题进行了研究,以促进其推广应用。
The paper illustrates BIM information model, explores its application advantages in engineering from aspects of design, construction, maintenance and archive management, describes BIM development direction, and studies BIM problems at present, with a view to promote its ap- plication.
