The thesis discusses major roof leakage causes, puts forward corresponding solving methods in light of specific joint design errors, ma- terial selection errors, waterproofing base cracking and construction technology failures and other problems, with a view to reduce leakage rate, improve house quality and promote healthy development of building industry.
