“人的城镇化”与“土地城镇化”发展关系研究

The Empirical Research on the Development Relationship between“Human Urbanization”and “Land Urbanization”:Based on the Spatial Production Logic Perspective

本文首先基于西方空间生产理论以及中国城镇化空间生产本身具有的自然、政治、经济与社会属性,将政治、资本、社会三个元素嵌入中国特色新型城镇化空间生产的时代背景与特殊内涵,研究资本-政府-社会的中国城镇化空间生产运作逻辑。其次,从新型城镇化的两个重要方面即"人的城镇化"与"土地城镇化"切入并进行实证研究,分析两者之间动态发展过程中存在的关键问题、政策过程、内在规律与特征趋势,从而为研究城镇化领域的相关官员、专家、学者提供借鉴和帮助。

Based on western spatial production theory and spatial production＇s own nature, political, economic and social attributes, this paper puts political, capital, social elements into the era background and special connotation of new urbanization spatial production embedded Chinese characteristics, and tries to build China＇s urbanization three-in-one spatial production and operation logical frame- work based on capital-government-society. Then, this paper holds an empirical research that begins with the two important aspects of the new-type namely ＂Human Urbanization＂ and ＂Land Urbanization＂ to analyze the key problems, policy process, interior rule and characteristics of trend in the dynamic development process between ＂Human Urbanization＂ and ＂Land Urbanization＂, which aims at making contributions to provide reference to relevant officials, experts and scholars majored in urbanization research filed.
