From the perspective of the effect of market reversed pressure mechanism on enterprises the following points are elaborated: firstly, the formation of the effect of market reversed pressure mechanism on enterprise culture;secondly, the design principle of enterprise culture transition forced by market mechanism;thirdly, the path of enterprise culture transition forced by market mechanism.
