数字化迎新系统作为数字化校园建设的重要组织部分,同时是其它各大系统的数据源头,提供的数据准确、可靠显得尤其重要。根据历年来所遇到的问题不断优化迎新的流程,规范操作,使迎新工作更加高效、快捷。

The digital freshmen registration system is an important part of the digital campus construction in our school, and the data collected by the system are sources of other major systems （for example： Teaching Affaires Management system, Student Affaires Management system and so on）. Accurate and reliable data are particularly important. Based on problems we have faced these years, we constantly optimize the procedure and standardize the operation in order to make work more efficient and convenient. This paper introduces the construction and application of digital registration system in our school. This system provides a query and statistical real-time report about the freshmen registration status the related relevant departments; therefore, the registration process will become convenient, easy and efficient.
