摘要
幼儿园"自助式"餐点的推出就是为了培养幼儿的自主能力。通过调整环境,提供幼儿自助选择的机会;调整规则,提高幼儿自我服务能力;调整管理,落实实践中的注意点,最后发展和提高幼儿的综合性能力。这就是在《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》背景下对老师提出的新的挑战,我们应在有限空间里给予幼儿充分的自由和尊重让他们成为班级中的主人。
Under the background of The Guidance, teachers are challenged by the issue of building an environment for kindergarten children to have the rights of freedom and respect. The paper suggests self-service breakfast should be a good way to cultivate children's independence by creating appropriate environment which provides them chances to choose, making rules that promotes their self-service ability and changing management which attaches attention to practice. These measures enable" children comprehensively.
