摘要
企业安全文化的建设是一个长期地、全面地、战略性的问题,本文在总结其它企业在建立安全文化的经验上,总结得出适合于本企业发展的构建方法。同时,还采用了平衡计分卡评价方法评价企业建立的安全文化绩效,为不断优化企业安全管理方案和方法提供依据。
The construction of enterprise safety culture is a long‐term ,comprehensive ,strate‐48 gic issue .This essay summarizes other enterprises’ experience in safety culture construc‐tion ,and points out the method that can be adopted .Balanced scorecard evaluation method is applied for evaluating the performance of the safety culture ,so as to provide the basis for continuous optimization scheme and method of enterprise safety management .
