随着市场经济的发展,对产品多样化和需求化的要求逐渐提高,作为配件制造企业中的产品生产方式向着多品种、小批量的模式发展。在产品品种和批量不同的条件下提高产品生产的品质,实现企业发展的目标成为管理过程中的重点问题。本文就多品种小批量机械制造企业的生产管理情况进行研究,根据其生产管理的现状和问题对企业的具体管理情况进行了解,提出生产管理流程优化的方法,以提高产品品质,实现企业发展目标。

With the development of market economy ,there is an increasing demand for the variety of products . Production in machinery manufacturing enterprises is developing to‐wards the multi‐variety and small batch production model .To improve the product quality and achieve the development goal of the enterprise under this model ,to improve the product quality and achieve the development goal of the enterprise becomes the key issue during the management procedure . This essay studies the multi‐variety and small batch production management ,analyzes the current situation and existing problems ,and puts forward rele‐vant methods for optimizing the production management procedure so as to improve the prod‐uct quality and achieve the enterprise goal .
