转型期高职英语个性化教学应用研究

The Research on Countermeasures of Individualized Teaching of Higher Vocational English

本文通过个性化教学内涵的认知,并结合高职英语教学现状,提出将个性化教学应用于转型期高职英语教学的有效途径,旨在实现有效的因材施教,驱动学生学习英语的主动性和积极性,满足学生学习的内在需求,促进学生全面而又自主地发展。

In today’s social transition ,higher vocational education should also keep pace with the times ,constantly improve ,update ,and conform to the consistent development of the times .In 2014 ,the comprehensive vocational education work conference ,the President Xi Jinping pointed out ：we should improve the quality of talent training ,and try to make every‐one have a brilliant life .Therefore ,in the new era ,the higher vocational English teaching should also comply with the demand of the development of the era ,and we apply the individ‐ualized teaching idea to the higher vocational English teaching . We should emphasize students’ individual differences ,promote students’ personalized development ,and make the different levels of students have the chance to show themselves ,meantime ,have fully devel‐opment and constant improvement .By cognizing the connotation of the individualized teach‐ing and connecting with the present situations of the higher vocational English teaching ,the paper proposes the individualized teaching’s effective ways in the higher vocational English teaching .The aims are to achieve effective teaching results ,and drive students’ initiative and enthusiasm of learning English , at the same time , it satisfies the inside needs of students’ learning and promotes the students’ comprehensive and independent development .
