民族优秀传统文化在依法治国中的作用

文化即思维意识的一种情态,是人的思维意识的表露性反映,同时也是一种具体存在。对于民族优秀传统文化,这里特指中华民族优秀传统文化,则是在中华民族的伟大进程中,产生的具有深刻影响力的具体存在。十八届四中全会,以"依法治国"为主题,建设中国特色社会主义法治体系,加强和改进党对全面推进依法治国的领导。论文认为,民族优秀传统文化是依法治国的重要载体,为依法治国提供丰富的理论来源和实践基础,是丰富依法治国内容和方法的重要途径,能在中国特色社会主义法治体系进程中起重要地积极作用。通过对民族优秀传统文化的解读,深刻了解民族传统文化的深刻内涵,凸显民族优秀传统文化在依法治国中的作用。

Culture is a kind of thinking consciousness ,w hich exists concretely .The excellent traditional culture of China has huge impact on the great progress of the Chinese nation .Rul‐ing the country by law is the theme of the eighteen session of the fourth plenary session ,in which it is proposed to build the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristic ,and to strengthen the Party’s leading role in promoting the theme of “ruling the country by law” . According to the essay ,the excellent national tradition and culture is the important carrier of the theme of “ruling the country by law” ,provides sufficient theory resource and practice base ,and is the important way of enriching the content and methods of the theme of “ruling the country by law” ,and plays an important role in building the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics .Through the study on the excellent traditional culture of Chinese na‐tion ,this essay gives deep explanation on the meaning of the traditional culture and empha‐ses the role of excellent national tradition and culture in ruling the country by law .
