牙周治疗对2型糖尿病合并慢性牙周炎患者糖化血红蛋白和空腹血糖的影响分析

The effect of periodontal treatment on glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose in type 2 diabetic patients with chronic periodontitis

目的分析牙周治疗对2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并慢性牙周炎(CP)糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖的影响。方法选取T2DM合并CP患者60例,依据不同治疗方案分为干预组与对照组各30例。干预组给予牙周治疗,对照组仅授予口腔卫生教育。比较两组治疗前后牙周临床指标及血糖代谢指标的差异。结果与基线水平相比较,干预组的探诊深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈出血指数(GBI)及糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)均显著下降(P均<0.05);空腹血糖(FBG)无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论牙周治疗对T2DM合并CP患者PD、PLI、GBI及Hb A1c下降具有显著作用,但对FBG作用不明显。

Objective To analyze the effect of periodontal treatment on glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose in type 2 diabetes（T2DM） patients with chronic periodontitis（CP）.Methods Sixty T2DM patients with CP were randomly divided into intervention group（n=30） and control group（n=30）.The subjects in the inter-vention group received periodontal therapy while the control group only received oral health education.Periodontal clinical health parameters and glycemic control parameters were recorded at baseline and after periodontal treatment. Results Compared with the baseline, PD, PLI, GBI and HbA1c in the intervention group were significantly reduced after periodontal treatment（P〈0.05） while FBG did not show any apparent reduction（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Per-iodontal treatment can effectively reduce the CP, PD, PLI, GBI and HbA1c in T2DM patients with CP.However,no significant effect was found on FBG.
