班主任工作是学校教育中至关重要的部分,班主任工作艺术直接影响到我们学生的成长。随着时代的发展对班主任工作艺术也提出了更高的要求。本文笔者根据自己的实际情况,对班主任工作的具体体现和提高班主任工作艺术提出了自己的看法。
