新时期环境下民办高校科研管理工作中存在的问题以及解决对策

Existing problems and countermeasures in the non-governmental university scientific research management under the environment in the new period

随着我国高校科研事业的不断发展,我国多数民办高等院校在科研管理工作取得显著成就的同时,也暴露出很多亟待解决的问题。因此,民办高等院校科研管理相关部门应当从科研体制创新、管理队伍建设等方面全面做好高校的科研管理工作。本文针对新时期环境下民办高校科研管理工作中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决对策。

With the continuous development of scientific research in coleges and universities in China, most of non-governmental institutions of higher learning in our country major achievements were made in scientific research management, also exposed many problems to be solved. Therefore, private colleges and universities scientific research management departments should be from the aspects of scientific research system innovation, management team construction and so on to do a good job of scientific research management in coleges and universities across the board. This paper analyzes the environment private colleges in the new period the problems existing in the scientific research management work, and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
