摘要
由于应届毕业生和归国留学生人数激增,而相应就业岗位增长缓慢,导致经管类专业的就业形势日趋严峻。为深入探讨经管类毕业生就业能力及其与用人单位需求的匹配度,我们通过问卷调查、深度谈话和数据分析等途径进行了相关研究,并从供需双方的需求出发,从毕业生、高校、用人单位、政府四方面提出促进就业的相关对策和建议。
With the increased number of graduates,students studying abroad coming back, jobs supplement increasing slowly, these factors are causing serious employment situation and graduates under great pressure. In order to promote employment, this paper is based on the perspective of supply and demand, 230 questionnaires were distributed to Economic and Management graduates in NAU, and 210 were recovered validly. In addition, the author has deep conversation with employers so as to understand their demanding standards, then makes comparative analysis with actual employability of graduates. Furthermore, this paper wil offer suggestions from four aspects: graduates, coleges, employers and governments.
