摘要
电力市场营销专业是适应社会经济发展需要、在充分市场调查基础上创办的一个管工结合的复合型专业。由于电力行业的特殊性,电力市场营销专业的人才培养质量的指标体系具有鲜明的创新性,通过构建电力营销专业人才培养质量评价指标体系不仅可以提高办学能力,而且可以提高办学质量。基于CIPP模型构建电力市场营销专业人才培养质量评价指标体系,以南京工程学院为例,对其电力市场营销专业人才质量进行评价。
In response to the requirements of social and economic development, the major of power marketing is designed to build a compound major which integrates management major and engineering major based on adequate survey about the market. The index system for talents training quality for the major of power marketing is characterized by creativity because of the peculiarity of this major. This system helps improve school running abilities and quality. This paper aims to build a quality evaluation index system for talents training for the major of power marketing based on CIPP model, which is then used to evaluate the talents quality of power marketing major at Nanjing Institute of Technology.
