摘要
国有企业内外部形势错综复杂,亟待提升管理水平,需要"一专多能"、"多专多能"的复合型管理人才。当前各种挑战下国有企业对复合型管理人才提出的新要求。内部审计可以凭借自身的独特优势,推进内部审计职能转变,加强双向交流促进;充当人才培养实训基地,拓宽人才选拔渠道。把内部审计打造为国有企业人力资源开发的"造血系统",为企业源源不断的输送"新生血液",保持企业人才竞争优势,实现员工与企业共同发展。
The intricate relationship inside and outside state owned enterprises makes it highly necessary to improve enterprise management abilities, which call for talents with "one major and more capacities" and those with "multi-majors and multi-capacities". To handle the present challenges, state owned enterprises have to issue renewed demands for compound talents. Internal auditing can give full play to its advantages to shift the functions within and improve mutual exchanges; besides, those enterprises should function as talents training sites and create more channels for talent selection. Therefore, internal auditing is a way of training talents, "new blood", for human resources in state owned enterprises, which keeps enterprises competitive in terms of talents and improves the developments of both staff and enterprises.
