摘要
青年教师是高校教师中最有活力和创新精神的群体,其价值观如何不仅直接关系到他们自身的发展,而且关系到大学生的健康成长和我国高校的社会主义办学方向。对高校青年教师社会主义核心价值观教育的时代维度、意义维度和方法维度进行探讨具有重要意义。
Young teachers at colleges and universities are the most vigorous and creative spirits among teaching staff, and therefore, their values are directly related to their own growth, training of college students, and socialist orientation of run ning universities in China. It is significant to discuss the socialist core value education from the perspectives of time, meaning and method.
