摘要
燃煤发电厂的空气和烟气的流量对效率的影响很大,是直接影响锅炉性能的主要因素.结合理论计算和实际应用,根据燃煤电厂风烟系统的大流量短直管的特性,探讨影响流量测量的主要影响因素,提出采用对比测量和区域计算相结合的方法计算风烟流量.通过应用和测试,验证了优化后的流量测量效果良好,并通过该流量测量装置判断风烟系统流场的分布状况.
he flow of air and flue gas significantly impacts the efficiency, and is thus a crucial factor which directly affects the performance of coal-fired boilers. This paper explores the primary factors that contribute to flow measurement based on theoretical computing and tests, as well as characteristics of mass flow in short pipes of wind-smoke system in coal-fired power plants. It also proposes a combined method of comparative measurement and regional computation to compute the flow of wind smoke. The application and tests show that the optimized method is highly efficient in measuring gas flow. Also, the flow measurement device can be used to estimate the distribution of wind-smoke system flow field.
