四川某骨科医院2012~2013年感染病原菌分布及耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的监测2012~2013年该院分离病原菌分布及药敏情况,指导临床合理用药。方法采用Micro Scan WalkAway-40全自动微生物鉴定系统进行细菌鉴定。结果从该院2012~2013年门诊及住院患者送检的各类标本中分离得到781株病原菌,其中革兰阴性菌占68.25%,革兰阳性菌占28.81%,真菌占2.95%。主要病原菌为金黄色葡萄球菌(23.05%),大肠埃希菌(18.57%),肺炎克雷伯菌(15.11%),铜绿假单胞菌(10.12%),阴沟肠杆菌(9.48%)。病原菌量在不断增加,而抗菌药物的敏感率却在不断降低。结论 2012年和2013年抗菌药物种类相符,分离病原菌种类在增加,耐药率也在不断增加,临床应合理使用抗菌药物,以降低耐药率的发生。 Objective To investigate the distribution and antibiotic resistance of clinical isolated pathogenic bacteria from 2012 to 2013 in Orthopedics Hospital of Sichuan Province.Methods Micro Scan WalkAway-40 automatic bacteria identification system was used to identified bacteria.Results A total of 781 strains of pathogenic bact eria were isolated from 2012 to 2013,including gram-negative bacterium(68.25% ),gram-positive bacterium(28.81% )and fungi(2.95% ).The main bacteria included Staphylococcus aureus(23.05% ),Escherichia coli(18.57% ),klebsiella pneumoniae(15.11% ),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(10.12% ),Enterobacter cloacae(9.48% ).The pathogenic bacteria amount was increasing,and the sensitive rate of antibacterial agents was decreasing.Conclusion Types of antimicrobial agents are consistent in 2012 and 2013,and separation of pathogenic bacteria species is rising,drug resistance is also increasing,clinic should use antibiotics rationally,in order to reduce drug resistance rate.
