脐血胆红素与早期新生儿黄疸的关系 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨脐血胆红素与早期新生儿黄疸的关系。方法选择2013年12月至2014年2月该院185例足月新生儿为研究对象,分为黄疸组85例,非黄疸组100例,分别检测脐血胆红素水平及其与新生儿黄疸、需光疗的情况;检测黄疸儿72h血清胆红素水平,并进行分析比较。结果黄疸组脐血总胆红素、间接胆红素水平高于非黄疸组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);随着脐血胆红素水平的增高,高胆红素血症发生率也增加(P<0.01);且需光疗病例增多(P<0.01)。黄疸儿72h的血清总胆红素水平并未随脐血胆红素水平增高而增加(P>0.05)。结论脐血胆红素水平可用于预测早期新生儿黄疸。动态监测早期黄疸儿血清胆红素水平对患儿诊治价值更高。
