混杂编织层合复合材料低速冲击性能研究 被引量:1

INVESTIGATION ON IMPACT PROPERTIES OF 2-D TRIAXIAL HYBRID-BRAID LAMINATED COMPOSITES

摘要 主要研究三组二维三轴混杂编织层合复合材料在铺层数目相同时,不同混杂编织方式对低速冲击性能的影响,为其在航空航天等领域的应用研究提供一定的设计依据和理论基础。由低速冲击以及三点弯曲实验的对比和分析研究表明,编织纱是玻纤、轴纱是碳纤的二维三轴编织片层合制得的复合材料,冲击后其表面产生裂纹较少、单位厚度吸收能量较低、在厚度方向产生损伤范围较小,冲击后弯曲损伤较小,抗冲击性能较好;通过合适的碳纤/玻纤混杂编织方式可实现正的混杂效应,进而增强其层合复合材料的抗冲击性能。 Three types of 2D triaxial carbon/glass hybrid-braid laminated composites with same laminating layers were designed to study the influences of hybrid-braid patterns on low velocity impact properties, providing ba- sis for design and theory for applied reseach in aerospace and other fields. Through comparisons and analysis of low- velocity impact and three point bending experiments, we can conclude that : The composites of glass fiber as braid- ing yarn and carbon fiber as axial yarn, after low velocity impact, had the least cracks on the surface, the lowest absorbed energy per unit thickness, the minimum damage range in thickness direction, the minimum damage after bending experiment, thus the impact performance of this kind of composite was the best. Through suitable hybrid braiding patterns of carbon fiber/glass fiber combination, the impact properties can be effectively improved to a- chieve positive hybrid effect, and can enhance the impact performance of hybrid-braid laminated composites.
