摘要
针对白水峪电站消能池在运行中被磨损的情况,提出了二次浇筑混凝土、环氧砂浆、聚合物砂浆3种修补方案,经过比较分析,选用了环氧砂浆修补方案,并介绍了环氧砂浆的施工工艺及难点。结果表明,用该方案修补的消能池运行良好。
After several year's operation, the plunge pool in Baishuiyu Hydropower Station is now under a serious abra-sion condition.Three repairing schemes are then proposed, which adopt respectively the concrete, epoxy mortar, and polymer mortar as the re-construction material.Upon a comparison, the epoxy motor scheme is finally chosen.The construction technology and difficulties of epoxy motor repairing are introduced.Practice shows that the plunge pool op-erates well after the repairing.
