摘要
介绍了飞来峡机组励磁退出的逻辑关系和励磁变开关分合闸的控制回路,分析了飞来峡1号机组停机过程中,电气制动闭锁后进入非正常停机的原因,其中逐一分析了非正常停机过程中出现的跳闸报警信号,提出了机组在检修期间对电气制动和机械制动相关的控制回路进行检查的建议,为灯泡贯流式机组的安全运行和维护提供了借鉴。
An abnormal shutdown accident after the locking of the electrical braking in the No.1 generator unit in Feilaixia Hydropower Station during its normal shutdown process is analyzed.The logical relationship for excitation off and the control circuit for switches in the excitation transformer are introduced.Tripping alarm signals during the abnor-mal shutdown are then examined.It suggests that the control circuits of the electric and mechanical brake systems should be inspected carefully during the overhaul.
