摘要 初情期是动物从不能繁殖到能够繁殖的转折点和过渡时期,是非常重要的阶段。初情期的启动机制复杂,主要与遗传因素、环境因素、神经内分泌因素及其相互作用有关。由于中枢途径控制初情期发育的关键部件还涉及到表观遗传学机制,因而本文综述了DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、非编码RNA和转录因子等表观遗传学机制对初情期影响的研究进展,为调控初情期的研究提供依据。 The puberty is an important transitional period for animals to acquire reproductive capacity. The startup mechanism of puberty is very complex and related to genetic factors, environmental factors neuroendocrine factors and their interaction. Recent research showed that epigenetics was also involved in the regulation of puberty in central pathway. In the paper, the research progress in epigenetic mechanisms of puberty, including DNA methylation, histone modification, non-coding RNA and transcription factors were summarized to provide a basis for the study of puberty.
