家畜环境卫生学实习教学内容的设计

Design of Practical Teaching of Domestic Animal Environmental Hygiene

基于家畜环境卫生学课程实践性强的特点,该课程设计实践教学环节势在必行。本文提出了家畜环境卫生学实习内容设置原则;并对实习内容的设计从家畜环境适宜参数的确定、畜牧场规划和畜舍设计、畜牧场废弃物处理和农场动物福利评价等4各方面进行了论述;同时对该门课程实践教学环节的考核进行了说明。

Based on the applied characteristic of the course of Domestic Animal Environmental Hy- giene, the practice teaching should be added in the teaching system. The paper reviewed some principles of the practice teaching for this course, and designed the content of the practical teaching of this course into 4 aspects, the suitable parameters of environment for animals, the plan and design of the modern animal farm and barn, the 3R of the manure of animal farm and the evaluation of the welfare of farm animals. The assessment method of the practical teaching is proposed in the paper, too.
