摘要 油是一种几乎不可再生资源,是目前人类利用的主要化石燃料。但在石油开采利用的过程中,会出现一些由于技术水平、操作不当或客观原因导致的石油泄漏问题,泄漏石油中包含的饱和烃、多环芳烃、苯类等会对海洋、空气、土壤或水体造成严重危害。文中概述了石油污染的现状,总结了石油污染生物修复的方法,并且对不同环境下研究者在进行石油污染生物修复时采取的手段和措施进行综述,以期为实践中治理石油污染提供理论和方法借鉴。 Petroleum is an non - renewable resources as a kind of fossil resources. But during the process of petroleum exploi- tation, there are some oil spill problems because of the level of exploitation techniques, improper operation or some objective rea- sons. The leakage including saturated hydrocarbon, polycyelic aromatic hydrocarbons, benzene and its compounds, these chemi- cal compounds could do great harm to the environment. This article surveyed the present situation of oil pollution, summarized the biological methods to deal with petroleum pollution, hoping to provide suggestions to govern the petroleum pollution.
