概述国内外水质自动监测发展情况,分析了中国水质自动监测中预警预报、常规监测替代、综合性监测指标研究、监测服务等方面存在的发展瓶颈,并提出解决办法。指出要从水质自动监测标准化、监测标准和监测技术指标现代化、监测服务市场化全面推进水质自动监测领域的现代化进程。指出明确了水质自动监测的法律定位,水质自动监测数据的应用广度和深度将更加扩展。

This paper summarized the development situation of water automatic monitoring（WAM） both home and abroad. , as well as the developing bottleneck of water automatic monitoring in early warning and forecasting, substitution of routine monito- ring, research of comprehensive monitoring and service of monitoring. Some countermeasures were proposedaccordingl y. It pointed out that standardization of WAM, modernization of standard and monitoring technology, marketization of monitoring service should be taken. Defining the legal position of WAM and application of WAM data will be very useful.
