合理处置肿瘤内科治疗后“消失”的结直肠癌肝转移灶
摘要
原发病灶得以有效控制的结直肠癌肝转移（Colorectal liver metastases，CRLM）患者行以转移灶彻底切除为主的综合治疗后，5年生存率可达40％～50％，较以往治疗后鲜有5年生存是一极大进步。与此同时，越来越多的医师推荐患者术前行新辅助或转化化疗。在接受奥沙利铂、伊立替康等化疗药物和生物靶向治疗制剂治疗后，15％～36．5％的CRLM患者转移灶在影像检查时出现部分或完全消失，此现象称为结直肠癌肝转移灶消失（Disappearing colorectal liver metastases，DLM）。
